Heading out for an evening on the town, Lindsay Lohan was in high spirits while spotted fueling up her black Mercedes in Los Angeles last night (August 26).
Offering a smile and the peace sign, the "Mean Girls" actress was joined by her friend Eliat who was actually handling the driving duties as the paparazzi looked on.
Earlier in the day, LiLo expressed her frustration with the shutterbug attention while she was tooling around town.
She tweeted, “Clearly.. Paparazzi shouldn’t be allowed to take pictures or video while someone’s driving or at a stop light. 4every1′s sake #trafficpolice.”
