SeaWorld has been fined $75,000 for safety violations in the wake of the death of a trainer in February, according to CNN. The Occupation Safety and Health Organization cited SeaWorld for three violations, including one categorized as “willful” for “exposing its employees to hazards when interacting with killer whales.” In February, trainer Dawn Brancheau was
