Currently preparing to check into rehab, Lindsay Lohan is also dealing with a lawsuit filed by White Wave International Labs accusing her of stealing their spray tan secrets.
Denying that she swiped the company’s intellectual knowledge by ripping off their “secret formula,” the “Mean Girls” actress says that she’s of sound mind and no thief.
With the lawsuit having been filed in Tampa, Florida, TMZ reports that Miss Lohan has already filed a motion to dismiss.
LiLo’s declaration tells: “Although I have been a spokesperson for Lorit, LLC, and its Sevin Nyne product, I had no involvement in where or how the Sevin Nyne product is marketed and sold or in the marketing strategy for the product.”
Also challenging jurisdiction, Lindsay tells, “Although I occasionally visit Florida for pleasure, I have never had any acting jobs in Florida … “
A ruling on the matter is still being awaited at the current time.
